From employers, we may collect: company name, contact name, email, phone number, and details about the role you're hiring for.

We do not require you to create an account to apply for a role or submit a hiring request.

2. How we use this information

We use candidate information to match you with relevant roles, share your CV with employers you apply to (or whose roles match your profile, if you've joined our talent pool), and communicate with you about opportunities. We use employer information to understand your hiring needs and source suitable candidates.

3. How we share information

We share candidate information with the specific employers whose roles you apply to, or — if you've joined our talent pool — with employers whose open roles reasonably match your stated skills and goals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Information submitted through this site is stored with our form-processing and hosting providers, who apply industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
